Vander is already 4 months old! I can't even believe how fast time has gone! And at the same time, I can't remember how life ever was without him! He has brought SO much joy and love into our house and Joel and I are so grateful for all the emptiness he has filled in our lives. We would have probably started having kids years ago if we only knew how much fulfillment it would bring! We absolutely adore you Vander!
Now, because hes 4 months... lets throw out some stats!
Weight : 15.5 lbs
Height : 24" (who knows how accurate that is, it was done by yours truely! :) )
And some fun facts about little Van Man..
- Most Commonly called... Boo, Boozers, Van Man, Monkey, Boo Bear
- Loves to touch, grab, exam and stick things in his mouth
- Rolls over from front to back
- LOVES to lay on the floor and kick like crazy
- Has put his binky in his mouth a few times on his own
- Trys extremely hard to hold his own bottle and can sometimes pull it off for about 10 secs
- Sleeping through the night for about a month now (For the most part ;) )
- Just started rice cereal this week (photos to follow)
- Hes the happiest baby ever! Only crys when hes hungry or tired
- He loves watching the doggies play and wrestle
- Loves reading books! He would sit there and let you read to him all day
- Smiles like crazy
- Still loves being swaddled when he sleeps
- Makes his mommy and daddy VERY happy :)
And now... pictures from his first rice cereal meal. BOY was it a freaking MESS. Afterwards, our dogs decided to eat his bib... awwwwwwwwwesome.......
